2027 Wedding Giveaway — Official Rules

The Giveaway begins August 27, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time and ends September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period are not eligible.

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry, and who are planning a wedding to take place in calendar year 2027 at a venue located in Nebraska, Iowa, or South Dakota.

The following are not eligible to enter, to win, or to receive the photo booth offer described in Section 15: (a) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor; and (b) any entrant or entrant’s partner who has a signed Bespoke Entertainment LLC event agreement in place for any event date, whether or not that event has taken place, and whether or not that date is the date of the prize wedding. Existing and prior Bespoke clients are excluded from this Giveaway in full. Void where prohibited.

Complete the official entry form at bespokeentertainment.net/giveaway during the Entry Period. All required fields must be completed. Limit one (1) entry per engaged couple; duplicate entries from the same couple will be consolidated into a single entry. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by automated means will be disqualified.

One (1) winner will receive Sponsor's “Bespoke Perfection” wedding entertainment and production package, approximate retail value $3,950 USD, which includes:

The prize does not include: travel beyond sixty (60) miles round trip from Fremont, Nebraska, which will be billed to the winner at $0.75 per mile round trip; lodging for events beyond one hundred twenty (120) miles, billed at $175 or provided by the winner; additional hours beyond those stated; any a la carte service not expressly listed in Section 5; venue-required insurance riders beyond Sponsor's standard certificate; or any taxes owed by the winner.

No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize element of equal or greater value if any element becomes unavailable.

The prize is redeemable only for a wedding date in calendar year 2027 that is available on Sponsor's calendar at the time the winner claims the prize. Sponsor books on a first-come, first-served basis and makes no guarantee that any particular date will be available. The winner must select a date within thirty (30) days of being notified. If no mutually available 2027 date can be agreed upon within that period, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner.

On or about October 1, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) winner at random from among all eligible entries received, using a random number generator (random.org). The drawing will be recorded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified by email and telephone using the contact information provided at entry, within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. The winner must respond and confirm acceptance within five (5) days of the first notification attempt. If the winner cannot be reached, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random. The winner will be required to sign Sponsor's standard event agreement.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the value of the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner reporting the fair market value of the prize as required by law. Winners are advised to consult a tax professional.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city, and photographs or video from the event for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity. By entering, entrants agree to release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance or use of the prize.

Information collected at entry is used by Sponsor to administer the Giveaway and, where the entrant has opted in, to send marketing communications. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. Entrants understand they are providing their information to Bespoke Entertainment LLC and not to Meta.

Each eligible entrant who does not win the prize is offered one (1) complimentary photo booth add-on, retail value $400 USD, subject to all of the following conditions:

(a) The offer applies only to a new Bespoke Entertainment LLC event agreement, signed and with retainer paid on or after October 1, 2026 and on or before November 30, 2026, for an event taking place in calendar year 2027.

(b) The offer cannot be applied to an agreement signed before October 1, 2026, cannot be added retroactively to an existing or prior booking, and is not available to any entrant excluded under Section 3.

(c) The offer has no cash value, is not transferable, is limited to one (1) per couple, and may not be combined with any other discount, promotion, credit, or complimentary add-on.

(d) Standard travel, lodging, venue, and power requirements apply to the photo booth as to any other Bespoke service.

(e) The offer is void if the entrant’s agreement is cancelled, or if the entry is later determined to have been ineligible.
